Question - Can the "Diabetic effect" of sugar and the relation
to the depletion of chromium and vanadium be handled by sugar substitutes? Are
they any better than sugar?
Equal is better. It is made from very sweet amino acids. There are only a
couple of calories and no diabetic effect. Equal is great for diabetics and
those people with low blood sugar. Sweet and low is made with saccharine, which
in large doses in laboratory animals produces cancer . So I'd go with Equal.
It's safer.
Question - I noticed that "Total Toddy"
is only made up of 75% Mineral Toddy. What is the source of the other ingredients
in "Total Toddy" ? Are there any synthetics in Total Toddy? If so, which ingredients
are synthetic?
The ingredients in Total Toddy are amino acids; vitamins; some extra Chelated
minerals; two herbs (Golden Seal and Licorice Root); and plant derived glycerine,
which gives a bit of sweet taste and increases the specific gravity of the toddy
so that the amino acids will stay in suspension a little better. There is nothing
synthetic in Total Toddy. Everything is natural.
