    What is the best way to take the products?
    In the Morning or at night? Do I have to take them with food? 
    
    Vitamin and mineral products should always be taken with food. When you understand 
    the physiology of the digestive system this only makes sense. When food is in 
    the stomach blood pools around the stomach and intestinal area preparing to 
    transport individual nutrients to the trillions of cells of the body. What better 
    time to slip the nutrients from your supplements in as well? Since many of the 
    nutrients such as the B-complex, Vitamin C and many minerals are water soluble, 
    they are best taken in divided doses throughout the day. Take the amount you 
    have determined meets your need and divide that at least in half and take half 
    twice a day. For better absorption you might want to take the high B-complex 
    during the active part of your day for the energy factor and take the plain 
    Mineral Toddy with the evening meal by itself.
    
    
    I have heard that minerals absorb better 
    when taken on an empty stomach, is that true?
    
    No. There is no evidence to show that minerals are better absorbed in the 
    absence of food. Quite the contrary, all dietary supplements which are merely 
    supplying more of what isn't in your food, should be added to the digestive 
    process. This is best done at the same time as food is being processed through
